Registrar / Records
The Registrar’s Office serves the educational community of the university by maintaining
the educational record of our students and providing appropriate data to further the
educational process of the school. We maintain academic records, course scheduling,
registration, enrollment verification and the application of academic policies and
procedures.
Request for Student Records
As a right under FERPA and our policy, students can inspect and review their records
upon request. Please email the request to Registrar@cusm.edu and we will contact you for a meeting and/or a review of the requested information.
Transcripts
Official transcripts can be ordered through Parchment.
Electronic transcripts and verifications are PDF documents produced by the Registrar's
Office. The documents are secured with a digital certificate/signature that ensures
authenticity and security. As soon as we fulfill an order, the document is released
to the recipient electronically. The recipient is notified by e-mail to download the
electronic PDF document from our secure website.
Paper transcripts and enrollment/degree verifications are fulfilled by CUSM within
1-3 business days and delivered via the US Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.
This site employs the highest levels of security and encryption and complies with
all requirements of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).
