Student Business Services
Student Business Services is responsible for billing and collecting tuition and fees,
posting payments and disbursements, processing refunds, and providing general assistance
to students regarding their account with the University.
Services we provide:
- Billing & Collection of Tuition and Fees.
- Distribution of Student Billing Statements.
- Notify and inform students/families on financial responsibilities and available payment methods.
- Adjustment of Tuition and Fee charges due to change in enrollment status.
- Assist students with questions and/or concerns related to their student account.
- Distribution of Student Refunds.
- Prepare and Distribute 1098-T Statements.
- Billing third-party agencies.
Payment Drop Box:
We encourage students and CUSM community to drop check payments into the SBS drop
box. Our payment drop box is conveniently located on the first floor on campus.
It is located on the right side when you walk in through the parking lot with double
doors.
On-campus/In-person Services:
Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 4:30pm (Office closed from 12:30pm - 1:30pm)
Remote/Online Services*:
Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

- Please contact our office to schedule an alternative date/time to meet in-person.
- on-campus/In-person services may vary in the months of November and December.
