Wellness Workshops

CUSM provides a variety of on campus resources, seminars, and activities throughout the year in support of CUSM community wellness. Activities include

Student Assistance Plan

CUSM provides MYgroup Student Assistance Plan to offer student and household members well-being support, including:
  • Free, confidential help with personal, work-related, or school-related concerns
  • Referrals to other sources for assistance
  • 24-hour emergency coverage
  • Sign into Canvas for access details.
