Can you bring your own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations or hire a decorator. We require a Certificate of Insurance for all external vendors (e.g., florists, decorators, photographers, etc.).

Can you bring outside catering?

Yes, you can bring outside catering. We require Certificate of Insurance for the vendor you use. We also have a preferred list of catering companies that we can offer you.

Do you charge for parking?

No, parking is free for events.

Do you offer access to Wifi?

Yes, we can give you access to a guest Wifi network at no additional charge.

What AV equipment is available in your meeting spaces?

We have podiums, microphones, projectors, and access to a computer in most of our available rooms.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, all non-university events are required to submit general liability insurance prior to the start of the event.
